I've done both, but my coupons have been like "do (something intimate) at the top of Bishop's Peak", which is a great hike of several miles to a gorgeous view of the surrounding county, etc. Make 'em interesting! Beats some sleazy bauble.
"Do the dishes for a week" is a boring coupon.

I'll go with Paulie, if only because he's not a roided-out botox-zombie now.
Regarding plastic surgery and the like: do older women look better with it (lumpy and oddly-shaped, but smooth) or without (naturally aging skin, but at least they look human).
