HCG GETS UNDERWORLD LICENSE
We are delighted to announce that we have secured licensing rights for the Underworld series of movies.
We will be producing 1:4 scale statues, 1:6 scale statues and Prop Replicas.
The statues will be based on all the main characters so expect to see Selene, Marcus, Viktor and Lycans coming this way soon!
All I can say is Hell yes  1/4 scale and prop replicas. This will be Legendary.
And Sideshow said they couldnt get the license.

although I'm somewhat happy someone finally got the license, I'm bummed it was HCG that got it. Frankly, their paint apps suck big time. I have never been blow away by anything HCG has done.

Im real happy with their 1/4 Rambo, 1/4 Alice, predator hand with disc, Captain Kirk, my resident evil Axeman kicks ass.
Most of the bad paint apps have been occurring on the life size busts as of late. IMO
1/4 Selene

although the pieces you mentioned are good, they don't compare to a kick ass paint app from SS. Not every hit from SS is a home run, but when it comes to paint apps from collectible companies as of today, I would rank them at the bottom of totempole. If HCG does a 1/4 Lycan and Marcus, I would prolly be inclined to buy them and have them repainted.

I think SS will get it eventually, will hold out, but who knows from time to time HCG impresses me.

GREAT NEWS! I have just started ordering from them and they have a 6 (or 3 too I think) payment plan which is great.
Maybe their paints will improve and their heads/faces will be better than Sideshow. I'm staying delusional...I mean POSITIVE! 
Better than nothing for now.
