For those that are bemoaning the pose as a standalone piece. I have a question.
As most of you believe, the pose will be more acceptable coupled with the Sabertooth premium. Do you feel Sideshow is "forcing" you to buy the Sabertooth statue to justify your purchase of Wolverine? That is if you do order the statue.

I don't think SS is forcing anyone to buy the Sabertooth statue. It's the same concept as the Bowen action Wolverine. There is a lunging character sculpt used for that piece too.
My problem with this piece is the material. I have never liked the PF spandex superhero look. To me, it looked horrible on Spiderman, and while it isn't as bad on Wolverine, I have to agree with those who wonder why he is wearing a blue diaper. I dig the rest of the sculpt, but I think that the accoutrement of the statue makes it a no sale. I will have to find my 1/4 scale Wolverine elsewhere.

I don't think I like the lip biting of the unmasked head. Kinda awkward for me. Not sure if I'm sold on this one.

Actualy if you look at it like that for me it's the other way around. SS is "forcing" me to buy Wolvie to go with Sabes as I am more excited and looking forward to that one
