BTW, I haven't read anyone here or elsewhere mention the nod to Kevin Smith in the last episode. Thought it was pretty clever.
The millions killed on the Death Stars, right?

Yeah, I love the core time era, but I've wanted Old Republic or High Republic era as well to make all new characters and adventures. Kotor was such a breath of fresh air twenty years ago.

Yup.

The Mandalorian's done a decent job shedding more light on the opposite side of the conflict (and opposing sides to things in general). Not that the sequel trilogy wanted or needed to delve into it, but the Finn story pales by comparison.

While I complained about CGI Luke looking pretty bad. And I do wish that Disney would stop with the CGI humans in live action shows, it just looks terrible and kills any immersion for me. .
The CGI didn't look bad from a distance it's when they went in with the closeups that the illusion kind of fell apart.

At least they made Luke the hero he is, not the cowardly, homeless child killer the last movies turned him into.

No show or movie since The Empire Strikes Back has been more of what real Star Wars is about than the Last Jedi.

Very much looking forward to Rian Johnson's trilogy IF Disney can be brave enough.
This is a joke, right?

Ok some good news and some bad...sort of ..
I just watched a Jon Favreau spot on GMA (Good Morning America)
He stated and again confirmed the Boba Fett series is separate from Mando. Which he then slipped a bit stating it will start Christmas. Then was like ohh I mean December . So guess he gave away start date possibly. On to the “ bad News”
Season 3 of Mando will not air until the Fett series is over. So that would probably mean March 2022 if Fett is 8 episodes starting Christmas.
Fett is is production now..and Mando has not and will not start until that is finished.

See interview here https://www.goodmorningamerica.com/c...orian-74839269
