Agreed! That black piece is absolutely horrible and could potentially kill the statue. Sideshow, it's still time to revert that!!

Hopefully those black plastic treads on the boots will look a lot better with some dirt and mud effect on them.

Really sad to see people starting judging this piece cause they thinking the under part of the boots would be bad. Even it is just the personal shoes taste.

I think its a nice way to combine classic with modern design. Also it doesnt have to be rubber, like wolverines claws arent metal.... maybe its another material or element...

All in all this shoes looking quite good and I take the ----storm if nessessary. Punisher can take it. BUT at this point the design is a nice way to combine a modern and classic way and I am happy Sideshow didnt took the classic bowen flat optic and tries new ways with a touch of classic. Go on Sideshow... bring us the whole piece!!

As long as it’s classic inspired that’s good enough for me.

I don’t mind when costume elements are modernized. The fact that they even did those styled boots increases my anticipation for this piece.

Yup, same here.

Just the fact that they stayed with the classic boots is a good sign.
