I don't see a airbrush brand in your post...but here is
my comment....

If possible, try to stick with a brand name (especially
starting out). Companies like Badger, Iwata, Paashe...
The reason I mention this is that parts to wear out
and things like the needle would have to get replaced.

If you even bump the needle, and it gets bent.....it
needs replacing. If you are unable to buy replacement
parts, then the airbrush simply becomes a throw away
airbrush in where you might have to re invest and buy
a new one.

I could be wrong but the brushes look like Iwata, or Iwata knockoffs (at least the one on the left does).

The one on the left is a gravity feed (paints go in the cup on the top of the brush), which is my personal preference over cup feed brushes (on the right).

The compressor appears to be a constant running piston, not one with an automatic stop system with no air tank reserve (though I could be wrong about this). If it is what I think it appears to be, the compressor will keep running as long as it's on, and the air is regulated by the pressure valve, which is the red and black knob connected to the compressor, the bottom of the fixture is a moisture trap, which you REALLY want, especially in humid locations.

The price is okay as long as they're name brand brushes, which if they were I would think that the sellerr would say right off the bat, because it would bring more people to his auction. Of course, it could very well be that he has no idea what he has and is simply taking information off the packaging.

I would suggest asking if there is a name brand attached to the brushes before jumping in.
