I don't know if this happend in the comics but they beat him really bad in a animeted series episode that i whached like million years ago. Thor, Ghost Rider, FF and some other heroes teamed up and really beat the crap out of Galactus.

In the hands of a ignorant writer anyone can be a puching bag. The only other instant I remember when Galactus was very weak for not feeding and the FF, Avengers, and Dr. Strange knocked him down. Galactus started shrinking down to less than 15' in height.

I get the feeling that you think I'm some Marvel zombie who thinks no one can beat a Marvel hero. I happen to like Superman and quite a few DC characters I just don't hold them above Marvel characters in a fight. In this situation Warlock is not on Supes level and without the soulgem his not taking down Superman. With the Soul gem Supes stands no chance against Warlock and I wonder why Vaultman started this thread in the first place when the obvious is already known.
