A happy drunk versus a sad drunk.
One would be hugging everybody and singing songs while the other would be sitting in a corner looking pitiful.
Watching people trying to take the batmobile keys from a drunken Batman would be kind of funny though.

You know Bats has some Bat-sober-up pill in his utility belt next to the shark repellent just in case something like this ever comes up. Cap still hands him his ass though.
