Joe - You might want to reverse-order, & buy the "Presents" books 1st. We're just up to #5 & I keep seeing back issues of the 1st 4 in LCS's. Also, try & track down that Space Ghost/Green Lantern Team-up.
If you like what you read, then go back & find the Jonny Quest-centric, Future Quest Trade of the 12 ish run which brings together everyone From The Galaxy Trio, to Space Ghost, to Frankenstein Jr., to Birdman, to The Herculoids to Dr. Zin & Jade, to Dino Boy to The Impossibles, & more. I loved these toons as a kid & ever since Steve Rude took a crack at Space Ghost back in 1987, I've been dying to see more of the heroes explored & finally got my wish. As far as "Presents" goes, it ain't rocket-science in comic form but it's small single & 2-issue stories that deal w/ the heroes having some sort of cool adventures. Sometimes, that's all I want, especially in this crossover, multi issue event times.

* a special, stand-alone, but I'm lumping it with the Future Quest stuff.

Jeff Lemire's Moon Knight may be my favorite of 2017.

the first two-thirds of Ultimates2 was fantastic, the last third, not so much.

The only series I bought regularly in 2017 was Scooby-Doo Team-Up.

Partly because my kids and I love Scooby, but also because writer Sholly Fisch is well-versed in DCU history and includes references that will click with longtime comic readers. There's the occasional team-up with other Hanna-Barbera characters, but when it's a DC character, the stories are filled with cameos from others that I haven’t seen in quite a while.

So if it qualifies as a “run”, there’s mine.

Mister Miracle - It can be a bit lofty at times, but it has such heart that the weight of the situation never feel pretentious to me. Barda and Scott feel so genuine that I get sucked in and root for them. This is a real couple dealing with a terrible situation. Everything about this run feels thought out by writer and artist and rare one I read multiple times with same enthusiasm.
