I asked already twice to cancel an order by email (Ken Master 1/4)
I got the shipping bill today, it's been like one year delay...
I don't know what to do. I think PCS closed the thread here to just let the customers alone with their problems.
I asked 4 months ago for my money back. Once again in early January. I'm sure they will tell me I still have to lose the deposit. But this is outrageous anyway. How can you treat your customers like this?

Same here. I asked to cancel Zangief on the 20/12/2017. Then I get a reply on the 3rd of January and they ask me back if I am sure I want to cancel... I reply straight away and had no reply back until the 11th of January telling me that they will process my cancel request and it will take 30 working days.

Since then I don't want even to reply back. Because someone here mentioned (maybe from PCS) that if you reply to your request your inquiry gets pushed back.

Wow what a great service.

Last email sent to PCS (by the same problem)...

11/21/2017 Ms. Aurora that the return will take about 30 days.
12/27/2017 I sent an email asking about the process and they do not answer.
05/01/2018 I sent an email asking about the process and they do not answer.
01/11/2018 I sent an email asking about the process and they do not answer.
28/01/2018 I sent an email asking about the process and they do not answer.
I will generate the claim at https://econsumer.gov

I have been waiting for my refund promised 60 days ago. Still waiting and the refund has not been honored. Poor customer service as of late. How can I get my refund?

After these messages (in this thread), PCS contacts me (through this forum) and in less than a day solves the problem of the return of the money.

It was not necessary to scale to other instances .
