I find it to offer good multiple viewing sessions, just not in the vein of an action/comedy film. Its a once a year or so habit for me; a bit more when introducing it to those who haven't seen it.

I’m not a big fan of del Toro’s more recent stuff (creature design aside) – but I do watch Pan’s Labyrinth and the Devil’s Backbone at least once a year.

Devils back bone is probably my favorite of his. Most likely because I saw it first. CRONOS is also an amazing film. His first feature
