Today i received an email from Paypal stating PCS had issued a partial refund, however this is not showing in my Paypal history - strange???? I have not received an email from your customer services informing me why the refund was sent.
However, i do not want a refund, all I want is a replacement Orko and He Man which I was promised to replace the ones I destroyed.
I currently have 5 items on order however without He Man there is no point in me collecting the MOTU line for which I have ordered every exclusive.
I appreciate you are very busy but can you please help.

They are still on the water. For reasons beyond my knowledge all the shipping from Hong Kong to Los Angeles is really backed up and running late. Should have been here this past week.

Hey Jerry Can you ( or anyone else who knows ) tell me if you are using USPS OR FedEx for international orders now?
I remember someone mentioning this to you a while back.
The problem is if you send with USPS they hold the item, send me a bill, then once i pay the charges they send the item and this process can be up to 2 weeks.
If you send with Fedex i get the item in a couple of days then pay my fee's later once the bill arrives.

Yes, please Jerry use Fedex or UPS both are faster and safer and in the end we are paying for shipping cost so it would be fine with us

Nothing but a pleasure with PCS customer service - though in fairness Ive only had the one dealing with them.
Asked for a full refund on the 2 Ryu/EX busts I ordered last year due to the lengthy delays, and within 2 days the money had been transferred to my PayPal account and sorted, greatly appreciated.
