FYI Jerry, the release list in the newsletter now has almost half the items obviously shipping in 2015...but the year is still mislabeled as 2014.

I don't think you need a shipping quote. The email contains all the shipping rates. They just want to confirm your postal address I believe.

True but for example where I live, they have not provided the shipping quote for that area so I had to double check with PCS. They responded 6 days later with the quote so maybe The Mule is in the same boat as me.

Lost contacts
Hi friends,
I have lost the contact with "Audrey Perez" of the Customer Service, I'm waiting for my Orko replacement, but from July 14th he is not answer anymore... so I don't know if it was shipped or not

Has anybody had any luck with PCS customer service. Sent them an email about 5 days ago and no response. I thought emails were meant to be responded to within 48 hours?
