I think the customer service must have a backlog of emails to go through since SDCC.

I've had replies in 2-3 days, but expect it will take a week this time.

Anyone have had to wait longer than a week recently?

They always answer. Sometimes they are busy and we just have to wait

Still waiting for a response that I sent over the weekend and again on Tuesday.

Might be time to hire a temp to work the emails

I paid with paypal 53.00 shipping for my scorpion bust on July 25. It's sitting in my paypal account marked as unclaimed.

Ive recently sent three emails to PCS customer service. First one dated July 30th, follow up on August 2nd, and my last email on August 5th. I still have not recieved a response. Issue was I ordered and paid in full for one of the MK ninjas many moons ago. It was the exclusive. I have the PCS email reciept stamped exclusive. My shipping invoice came up as a reg with specific instructions to mark my shipping payment as a reg. Looks like this is the thread to post customer services issues in.

Any advice?
