I think Ant-Man will also count towards Phase 2. From what we've seen so far, here's my ranking:
- Captain America: Winter Soldier
- Guardians of the Galaxy
- Avengers: Age of Ultron
- Thor: The Dark World
- Iron Man 3
And Cap's winning this by a mile.

I really hated IM3 and its narrative choices but it was a better made film to me than Thor 2 and certainly took more risks to explore the characters which I respect.

I have heard rumblings to that effect but for simplicities sake I looked at the phases closing with an Avengers film.

I kept wavering between IM3 and Dark World. Tiebreaker for me were the moments between Thor and Loki, Frigga and Loki, Odin and all, etc. The villain was forgettable, but I was also disappointed by the IM3 "non-villain".
Oh yeah, and Dark World had the BEST CAMEO of the MCU bar none.
