Is this something that could be solved by a pink or magic eraser? I've never tried it, but many people swear by them for these situations.

You could also try a wet cotton swab (water). Slight more aggressive would be rubbing alcohol cotton swab. I've used both successfully. You just have to go slowly and carefully (start with almost no pressure), so as not remove the surface finish of the paint, creating a "shiny" spot.
