Very nice...great sculpt and paint. The colors really pop on her. If I was into the costume I'd be sold. Now hit us with the Balent Catwoman.

Another point it it's favor I see is the style of the base.

It was one thing to see that German gothic influence creep in in the mid 80's and then be consecrated on screen by Burton.
It was fresh and exciting then.
However having been saddled with it for 30 years now, that design sensibility is stale as all hell.

I almost want to buy it simply because it eschews the usual gothic trappings (as it should given the era of costume being worn).

Hey,

Buckles or NO Buckles? I wrestled with that question the entire time we were working on her. I chose to put them on because, this CW art is honestly the first piece of art I believe I ever saw of her. I hope they don't discourage anyone from purchasing her. Check out the attached pic!!

Nice of you to ask, Chad. I think it clashes a tiny bit with Catwoman's color scheme. But then it matches the loot bag behind her, so...

If you ask me, I'd rather not have them, but it's not a deal breaker.

I don't mind the buckles at all. I'm just glad they went with the tall boots. They're more appropriate to that era.

Now I'm just hoping for an awesome Cheetah. I certainly hope it's Debbie Domaine with the long brown hair and cat ears (which again would be the right version for that era), but would love an interchangeable head with the cowl for Priscilla Rich/Super Friends version. That would be so easy to do.
