I've had no luck, so far atleast, obtaining a replacement top for my Alpha. When it comes to Sideshow CS and PCS issue's, the response time is slow. I have to assume once Sideshow starts to deal with an issue, they have to bounce it off PCS who possibly take a while to respond.

sideshow has gotten quite slow in support ever since their site change for some reason :| even disabled the chat, unsure if it's still disabled :|

My Classic Chun Li has shipped as well.. will get it this friday. My very first 1/3 Statue! and its my favorite street fighter character, I just sooo happy.

Hi, is there anyone here who has been asked to smash up their Chun-Li Alpha, due to a poor paint job etc? as i'm getting no where with SideShow CS. I am after a replacement fabric top for Chun-Li Alpha
Until this is sorted out, i refuse to purchase anything else from PCS
