Don't know how good ANOVOS is at meeting release dates but for the prices they charge if they aren't in the legal time limit they can still be sued regardless of what "terms" they force agreement. PCS products
If you're in the business of selling stuff too many people lose interest in before you deliver or you need more sales than you can actually complete then YOU're in the wrong business.
Customers requesting refunds are a symptom of bad business management not a cause.
