Almost had Twins today...
So, my Wife and I went to the doctor today... she is pregnant. The doctor joked and said - weren't you two just here? (My daughter will be 1 July 5th) He said "You work fast!" My wife then replied with - "Yes this is it though - 2 is good"
The doctor joked and said "There could be 2 in there right now!" And then he used the little ultra sound machine and said "Not to worry you - but I do see 2 sacs!"
And we both saw them too... one was much bigger than the other though. Then the doctor said "I have a feeling though - if I saw you next week I would only see one sac." That hit me a little hard. "See, with twins" he continued "Sometimes the body concentrates on one fetus and the other sac is absorbed into the uterus"
On one hand I am saying "Whew!" because it's already going to be hard enough with an 18 month old and a new born - but on the other hand... I am a little sad. It's like there was tow of them at one point - and now there will only be one...

oh.....babies! I thought you meant something else entirely....
Congrats on the impending third child!
I do see your point...it is a bit sad that there are two now, and soon there will be just one.
