Help needed! Question about paints!

It's a simple question:
Where can I find TAMIYA water-base acrylic paints??
I've been using TAMIYA paints since 3rd grade, it's my designate paint.
After all these years, due to my inappropriate storage , my paints start drying out...

I used to store them in a tool box with all brushes, sand paper, putty and stuff. But the busts nowaday tend to have more paint defects than before, so I took some paints outta that tool box for my own convenience.
The more they exposed to air the faster they dried out...

So, I need a major update for my paints. Two colors that I need the most is XF-01 black(flat) and XF-02 White(flat).
I'm pretty happy that the translucent paints won't dried out like solid colors do.

Danno, I saw your little paint instruction in another thread and you mentioned the usage of TAMIYA paints, where you find them if you don't mind telling me?
Thanks for any feedback!

I usually pick them up at a hobby shop (Hobbytown USA, Happy Hobby, Greenfield News and Hobby) basically, when I'm out and about, I pick up what I need.

Are you in the US?
If you are, I can pick up some colors if you need them for you.
If not, I don't think I can be of much help. From what I understand, US post does not allow shipping of paint internationally.
