Wizarduniverse customer service?
Heh, this is a bit of a pointless, impatient message but I was just curious. How fast does wizarduniverse customer service reply to emails when you've sent them a message? I wanted to know what exact info I needed to fax for a new credit card number since I lost my card I used to place a pre-order.
And also, do they take pre-orders on things until the item's ready to ship, or does the "add to cart" button disappear once they've reached their limit (like if the piece is limited to 500 or something)? I'm tempted to place another order on the item with a new credit card just in case, but don't know if I'll be screwed out of it placing it 3-4 days after it went up for sale.
