I think this line would have kept momentum if they would have improved their production and release schedule. The first piece didn't make it into collector hands until 2-2.5 years later. That doesn't include the rare Whisper. GG has never been know for timely production. It is sad, they could have had something great, but their unenthusiastic way of producing is terrible.
I am still glad Fireball is being produced, will still get her. But my opinion of GG went from bad to really bad.

Agreed. It seems they just deflated the air out of their own property with lackluster promotion for these pieces. That, combined with what you mentioned, and it's no wonder this line fizzled out before it even really began.

Hi,
Did all of the honey trap statues come with dog tags? I received the lucky statue from a private seller and the dogs tags weren't included. I sort of remember someone on the forum stating that not all of the statues came with the tags, but I'm not sure.
Thx

Lucky did not come with dog tags. Neither did the Whisper variant. Pretty sure Derby didn't either but can't recall because I returned mine due to a broken leg and never replaced her. I can't 100% confirm anything else but I'm fairly certain the regular Whisper had them as did Katya.

Was Fireball shown with tags the last time she appeared at a show?

If any of them truly deserved dog tags it was Lucky. The fact that they didn't include them with her kinda makes the whole idea pointless IMO.

I've seen that shot. I wasn't sure if the older version was shown with tags. Where did Toyark obtain this shot of the latest version of the statue? what show was it at? ..as Gentle Giant don't appear to mention anything on the subject on their website, not as far as i can see.
While iim no fan of the pink skirt, the cast version on the original looked better.
I do like the portrait update, as it looks better
