Sorry to hear. The inconsistency can be infuriating.

I sent mine back for a full refund. Both hands were loose when attached because of a poor construction design and/or weak magnets. Attaching the tendrils on his back was a nightmare and no matter what, they wouldn't sit flush on the back. The back foot pin was covered in rust and even when sitting properly on the base, Carnage wobbled considerably. What a waste of a great looking statue....

Man ...I hope that was an isolated case. That would suck if all of them were like that.

You would think SS would at least make sure the first batch were perfect so they would sell more and have less cancellations. I don't get it. What are they thinking & where is the quality control on this piece? Who ever is in charge of QC for this should be fired!

By the way, my venom was charged yesterday, but SS hasn't sent it yet.

Does anyone actually know which factory Sideshow uses to produce their statues? It would be great to understand their track records on what they made and the quality that came out. At the end of the day, these factories are really the ones doing the manufacturing and what appears to be the QC.

Good review here by Radd Titan. If only I knew I'd get a good one QC wise I'd re-order again. Damn, why does it have to be like this SS

they use a number of factories...but I imagine if it is like some other industries, business gets outsourced to other, less reputable places without their knowledge.

Can't say that I'm not worried about how this arrives to my door.. but after seeing these pictures from Hung Nguyen (Hnguyen4547), I do feel a little better.. Finally! Some decent shots of this guy! If he arrives looking like THIS, I'll be very happy.. Fingers crossed!
