Should I buy this?

On ebay there is a very rare and cool, yet weird item. It is a Icons Authentic Replicas Cylon head master mold casting. It is a 2-piece, fiberglass jacketed, silicon production mold, created at Icons' North Hollywood, California facility in 1998 (9 years ago). I am a big collector of Icons replicas but I don't know about this piece. He wants $250 for it, but I don't know if I would pay that. If he gets no bids, I might make him an offer of $150 + shipping. what do you guys think?

I am a fond collector of movie prop memoribilia and I think it would make a nice addition to the collection. I just emailed him and he says that it comes with a letter of authenticity, a certificate of authenticity and a vault #2. I just think it would be cool.
I could have a plaque made for it, then pile all the paperwork, and the piece itself into a big crate and store it in my vault. Wait 10 years, and then sell it!!!

Yeah, I just think it would make for a cool show piece. A long lost artifiact of the Icons company. No doubt, if they would have produced these, it would have been the coolest replica out there!!! A FULL CYLON HEAD!!!
