Wait just a minute..They said Deapool cost 700.00 because all parts that were used on it, Now this is 750.00 for this? They better have a low Ex edition like Ironman did or it won't sell very well.Sad that people have to used their reward points just to convince themselves it is still worth it.

I have no interest in this piece, although I will be getting Wolverine, but I can't see why this piece is $750. Seems ludicrous to me.

Wolverine was an instantaneous pre order, this one on the other hand, an instantaneous pass.

IMHO a lazy art concept (similar pose done so many times already by other companies), skinny and the fabric cape are the 3 main things that come in mind with these pictures.

Pity, I would have loved to add Magneto to my collection but this one just doesn’t make it for me.

A good sculpt, but the pricing has become insane. When will this madness end? I was pissed with the $570.00 price hike for Wolverine, which I have on order and can be a potential masterpiece, if SS does not somehow manage to screw it up. But this? I guess I will have to wait for a fully sculpted version, which will probably take SS another 10 years to release. By that time we will be getting 2K price tags from SS, and a kick in the head for good measure.

Sideshow has been making some head scratching decisions lately. The price tag on this one does not make sense.

I must agree ....this statue is way overpriced.


The tweaks SSC made to this statue is no where near worthy of an extra $200.


And going from a PF to a Maquette is just so obvious and blatant ...its not even funny. Lets call for what it is ...SSCs cash grab.

If you think about it ...SSC had to make the tweaks or this statue would've just sat in their warehouse. Very much like their Supergirl PF.


So the tweaks SSC made to this statue just made this statue worthy of the label Premium Format. So it should've been priced as a PF ....$550.


They did nothing else to make this statue worthy of a Maquette label ...let alone worthy of a Maquette pricing.

I really like this.

I expected them to try the Jim Lee style wild hair and it looks weird here. The face is good though.

If I get this it means no Wolverine or Mark Brooks Spidey. Sacrifices. I like my current 1/4 Wolverine and I have a lot of Spideys in various scales to enjoy already.

Hopefully for sideshow their spread of buyers (Amount) is growing as the repeat availability and versions of popular characters for the masses as one offs or two offs stays consistent because I imagine sales amount per individual is going down as characters repeat and prices on 1st time characters skyrocket. If that's the strategy they're using it's good for them if it's working and sales are still good but sucks for those of us who want more complete collections.
