Still an amazing piece, but not as 'attractive' as what was advertised (the prototype). Realistically, did anyone not expect there to be variation during the process of going from prototype to full production model?
In some small way, I'm relieved, as I can safely say she wouldn't be something that is price worthy to me, based purely on the portrait. That's not hard cheese talking, that is my honest truth. But for those that have bought her, she's a extremely well executed piece, and the detail is amazing! So well done on your acquisition.

True, but different isn't necessarily bad. I think the buyers will / should be very happy. Look at the details on her hands, awesome.

GG needs to skip the smokey eye / raccoon eye paint application. It just doesn't work and makes her looks tired and hungover.

Agreed. The camera and lighting can play all kinds of tricks with how color and shading look on a piece.

Yeah, its supposed to ship right after the Con. I have high expectations on this one but I also have a lot of faith in GG so I think they will deliver. No matter how it turns out though I'll be sure to share my thoughts and pics with everyone here.

This isn't a personal attack, I have a lot of respect for you HB, consider you a friend and always value your opinion, but I have to ask...Where does your faith in GG come from?
Is it based on just the Sucker Punch line and how well it came out?
