Yeah, that's essentially what I said. Except what the statue includes is an actual flail/morning star, not a "Short Chain" whip. There's a difference between an actual weapon called a morning star(flail), and what Konami "branded" as the "Morning Star", and even the "Morning Star" power-up.

It was one of the highest funded games in Kickstarter history.

Yup, I participated in funding. Just $60 tier, as it was my first and probably last venture into kickstarter. It doesn't seem to be a flaky prospect like kickstarter can be, but still, I didn't want to chance getting screwed out of a lot of money.

Castlevania is my favorite franchise and my favorite thing about it is that it had an incredible run from NES all the way to Nintendo DS with something like a 90% amazing game track record. No other franchise lasted that long with that many games and had them all be great like that. A lot of people constantly beg Konami for new Castlevania games, but the franchise has so many I don't see the point.
I do like the art style for Bloodstained and the character design though.

Anyone else notice the expected delivery of this? First quarter 2016! At most - FIVE months away?!
The only thing I've ordered from F4F so far has been Dracula, and that had a 10 month turnaround, which was great and abnormally quick for this hobby. Can this time frame be taken seriously?

Wow really? I never expected that statue to be such a hit. I stand corrected.

Just placed my order. This one was a no brainer for me. I hope they are able to get him out quick and keep the line of 1:4 Castlevania going strong.

We need Dracula next and then "Armored" Simon from "Simon's Quest" aka "Belmont's Revenge".
