i had called Amy this past June, she told me that it has been a difficult time but everything is still a go will be shipped

I believe you should be able to go to Sideshow to get your refund. Then it will be between Sideshow and Chronicle at that point

Sorry I been out of the scene for a bit. So is this all confirmed and in Jareth's case, not ever getting it / coming out?
Or we still in speculation and assuming phase?
Should I be bugging SS or wait a bit?

Sadly it does not appear to be license-specific at this point. Most of the info that has been compiled over the last week is in the other thread here: http://www.statueforum.com/showthrea...168794&page=22
including a letter from their attorney. There is always a chance some things they have in production will still be shipped, but no guarantees. It's up to you, you could wait it out if you aren't afraid of possibly having to eat the money lost if the worst happens. But personally it's not a risk I would be willing to take.
