Un conte de Noël / A Christmas Tale (2008) - The troubled Vuillard family is no stranger to illness, grief, and banishment, but when their matriarch requires a bone-marrow transplant, the estranged clan reunites just in time for Christmas.
Another holiday film I very much enjoy watching every year. 10/10

The Raid 8/10
I forgot how brutal this film is, the fight scenes are nothing short of amazing! I love Dredd, but the coincidence of the similarities these two movies share doesn't detract from either one imo. Must get round to watching the second one now.

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. 9.5/10
man i just love these films. have to say these prequels are the best of all time. i really hope they continue with this and show the evolution of the Apes and humans to what they became back in 68. but if they do i just hope they stay on course and keep doing what they have been dong. and the PSFX were incredible.
watched in 3D for the very fist time on my new 65" 4k. was waaaay cool.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

The Howling (1981) - 9.5/10
Best werewolf movie ever in my opinion.
Good article that sums it up: http://www.wickedhorror.com/retrospe...g-the-howling/
An American Werewolf in London (1981) - 8.5/10
My second favorite werewolf movie.
1981 was a good year for the wolf
