Mine arrived like the attached to Canada via superpowercollectibles.com

For those who bought through a distributor, was the process the same? Contact HCG and they send you a new one, and you put the old one in the box the new one came in, and HCG pays the return shipping?

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your Selene statue. Unfortunately, as you are overseas (technically), and didn’t get your statue directly from us, you will have to take up the issue with the dealer you were supplied by.

Hopefully the process will not be too painful. Would have been great if they treated me like those who bought directly from them, since their production was at fault.

HGC Selene
hey there, just recieved my Selene statue from HGC, not all photos downloaded but here are a couple. Eyes seem good but not totally 100%, it all depends on the angle.
