I just measure my Ryu and it is 10" tall, the same height as the Capcom's version. Seems like it's the same kit.

i think they are including the base and the top of the bandana. but i don't think this is the 1/6th kit.

I would doubt it as it is Capcom's character.

I can see this as an alternative for most who don't want to pay kit + painting costs. This fully painted smaller version is $100+ off compared to the kit and that's not including the cost of building and painting the kit. And the smaller statue has lights.

I wonder about the future of the kit line now with Capcom showing this statue. I have the Ryu kit and I prefer the base on the kit. But still the average collector might not see it my way.

Wow, that is cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. Why does the base need to look like that? It seems to cheapen the entire statue.
