Quality looks top notch. I had always had trouble picturing "The Wall" that they showed in the very first scene, they really made it come to life. Costumes are perfect too.

The fantasy aspect really takes a back seat to the political intrigue. Sometimes reading the books you forget about it entirely.

I'd heard nothing of this show 'til this thread. Caught the 1st episode on demand....WOW is right. HBO does it again! This looks to be fantastic!
