Borrow money from a pessimist, they don't expect it back.

Log into your account. Go to Orders. Use Pay.

Thanks. Maybe I should start drinking coffee.

I was clicking on the order first and not seeing the pay link on the order detail page. It's on the page that lists all of my orders.

I was confused initially too. Ended up figuring it out when I signed in and looked at my orders on Tweeterhead's website.

My Order page is all messed up. it's still showing balances on statues that I already paid for and received. Since I ordered them together when I try to pay the balance on Ms. Troy I'm also charged for the balance on the Joker., which sits on my shelf. No one at Tweeterhead is replying to emails, or answering the phone. I'm missing Debbie already.

I understand that they are short staffed and I appreciate and is big fan of their amazing work, but tbh, as a buyer of their product, they are very difficult company to work and communicate with. I buy from other vendors unless EX is must now, which is unfortunate because I want to support them directly.

Hey Guys,

Sorry it's been a while since I've been in here! It's not an excuse...but I am beyond slammed. I had NO idea how much Debbie did including manning hundreds of emails daily and that;s not to mention the fb messages.

I'm meeting my IT guy tomorrow to talk about the order page. If you've emailed and I haven't gotten back to you yet, PLEASE accept my apology!

"Agent Jeffries" Please PM your name and I'll do my best to get this taken care of for you!

THANKS!

That’s why I always order one at a time (this applies to other vendors too).

Quick question, guys.

Did everyone that ordered Donna get the email from Chad today asking everyone to pay their balance?

I paid mine already, but want to make sure it's recorded as "paid." I'm wondering if I need to reply to this email. Thanks.
