I've actually owned this delightful statue for nearly 20 years. Wow. Believe it or not, this statue was hot enough to justify producing an edition size of 4500. It was a mainstay on eBay for quite some time.
Clay Moore was the go-to sculptor for women sculptures for years. He went on to sculpt and design numerous late 90s fan favorites like Witchblade, Fathom, Magdalena, and Vampirella.
I don't believe I've had a statue displayed as long as I have the Shi statue.
