I found it. Looks like it was for cancelling an order. So it may not apply to returns.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Thanks. Luckily, it's not a high priced item, and seems to be holding its value on eBay, if that becomes necessary.

I was asking for replacement heads since both of mine have flaws and darker skin coloring. They asked for photos which I sent and I have not heard anything back yet.

Just updating the thread. Still no response from Mondo about replacements. It's now been 3 weeks and 2 emails.

4 weeks and 3 emails and still nothing about replacement heads from Mondo. I may just return it at this point.

Just got an email from Mondo.....now I have to decide.

"Apologies on the belated reply we've been awaiting to hear back from the collectibles side before moving forward. As such, we have a few options. We can offer replacement heads (with these replacements there's a good chance they are going to look similar to the ones you have make-up wise), we can provide a 20% refund from your total cost or we can allow a return and provide you with a full refund. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed. We're happy to help to the best of our abilities!"
