It's hard to take too much from those photos but the eyes don't seem as piercing in those pics, the rifle also appears to be not leaning but directed a bit more to her right. Not the greatest comparison shots but what do you guys think?

I thought Aspen's portrait came out perfect.

Can't wait to see more (better) images of Black Widow production piece.

I like Aspen’s portrait too, but there’s no denying it was elongated in the casting process.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Not the 1st time the photos come out like that. Cap Marvel looked really glossy, and when I got my statue it turned out she's not glossy at all...

Compared to the prototype she is. Go back and look at the pics. The prototype had a really nice flat finish. I’d definitely say mine has at least a semi-gloss look.

Piece looks like it's leaning in this shot. It's probably just the angle.

Isn't the shine due more to the material being just smooth (clear) resin now rather than the old system of polystone for every aspect?

Of my last few statues, Jyn, Sonja, and now Wolverine all have heads made out of the smooth resin and all have a similar airbrushed smooth, semi-shine to them. Not objectionable to me, just detectable in comparison to the rest of the body surfaces if you really look.

The surface of the resin wouldn’t make flat paint shiney. Sonja is another good example where her skin is very glossy on the production piece compared to the prototype. She also had a longer head like aspen and this widow seems to have.

It's not the rifle, she's leaning a bit overall VS the proto. I noticed this seeing it in person at SDCC.
