Well said.. that was my intent, that the death would have an impact on the character's respective Universe.
Though.. if someone wants to "waste" it on Howard the Duck, that's their call; I love eating duck, so that wouldn't necessarily be a waste.

That's whats brilliant about this thread. If this What If were viable, you'd have the option to make a dramatic change to an entire comics universe. Daredevil, the Joker, The REAL Hulk, Aunt May, or Superman. Their deaths would trigger a butterfly effect that would make for great storytelling.
Of course that's my perspective. Others will differ.
