Are these the official noir designs for the 3? Debating whether to try fir the Sketch B&W Canary or this one (or both... or all 3 versions of her xD).

Yes. If Black Canary's your fave, you should try to get as many variants as you can. Think of it this way, at least you're not trying to collect all the Harley Quinns.
