Ultimate Captain America vs. Batman
who wins in the end. personally, i think cap would take him. i don't think regular cap from 616 can take ultimate cap. he beat ultimate hulk by himself.

ultimate all the way. i only read the first couple years of ultimate comics but cap seemed to be the big boy in town.
