It really doesn't affect the quality of the product imho. Base is very heavy, great detail, sculpt is fantastic. If you like it, buy it.

Other PVC statues are coming out and will be coming out more and more with prices the way they are.

1/4 pvc venom is $200 more will come but even this is still overpriced.

Swamp thing should of been about $375-425$ Tops

I think I will end up ordering this piece. I just love the sculpt too much. Leave it to SS to make my favorite sculpt of one of my favorite characters to date and make it out of vinyl and not polystone. I guess I could be optimistic, Vinyl is not a brittle as polystone lol

I wouldn’t buy it knowing it’s the same material as jakks pacific

But to be courtesy I was trying to be positive

Next time I hope you get a styrofaom statue with material around it like the 2000 Spider-Man movie blockbuster life size statue.

I don't remember what the Prime 1 looks like. Care to put up some pics to remind us? I remember a lot of people liking the SS, just hating the construction material.
