At times I thought the humour was a bit much and did not like the voice of the blue titan.

Can I take my soon to be 5 and 7 year olds to see GOTG? Disney is usually great with limiting violent scenes and being kid-friendly. Are there any really violent scenes, profanity, or scary scenes not suitable for kids?

It has some comic movie level action scenes and fights. There is some profanity but not a lot.

Guardians of the Galaxy 9.5/10 I think I actually liked this more than Avengers (and that had the Hulk in it!). Had a good mix of heart, humor, action, and Marvel goodies in it. Really, really enjoyed it. I think it has more heart than any other comic movie I have seen.

I plan on taking my 7 year old granddaughter tonight. She's watched Star Wars so if she can tolerate that she should be able to handle this one. 5 yr old, I would question.

I loved GOTG, such a great Sci Fi action film 9/10. Made me super excited for Star Wars.

The fight in the kitchen at the end might be the best fight I've ever seen put to film. Unreal!

GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY 4/5 = Great movie
Fun fun fun. Who would've thought we'd get to see these great characters from my favorite Marvel book of the past 10 years up on the big screen! Docked a point if it had taken itself just a little more seriously like it's comic book counterpart, but still enjoyed it overall!
Doesn't need to be said, but stick around for the bonus scene after the credits! Talk about a shocker! lol
