That just means they are out of replacements and don't want to say. People who got them earlier cry about a paint chip or something minor and take up all the parts for people who actually need them.

Nah I think they still have replacements they just don't want to bother using one up on this.
Not saying I'd be okay with the defect but even if I were Prime 1 even I'd likely say bugger off.

Yea kinda got that too but did replied to their email and told them what concerns me is exactly that..That also was reconsidering my orders with them as of right now have 2....Here is their reply: We are sorry and i thought you were talking about the rock under the spine.
Anyway then offer a replacement for it and $50.00 credit for my trouble..
The moral of this story? Always have orders with them as that gets their attention.
