Anyone know of retailers that leave the tissue paper wrapped around the boxes for the bishoujo they sell?

I know when I used to buy them on Ebay from random hobby stores about half would show up with tissue paper wrapped around them.
I always wondered, is the tissue paper from the factory? or do just certain people wrap them up before shipping them out?

Yeah they come wrapped like that from Kotobukiya. Lots of places rip it off to see the product and condition like BigBadToyStore.
Any more info is welcome.

I like it because it protects the packaging. My most pristine boxes are the ones with that came with the paper.
I know your experience is not the same but I own about 40 Bishoujos and have never had a defect other than BatGirl's paint which wouldn't have been evident.
I got a Superman ArtFX with a loose leg but from the package nothing was evident.

All statues $60-plus USD should be opened, period. It saves the seller time and money, too, not having to deal with and process a refund.
