Hah. Yeah, I gave my guardian angel a real workout over there. (I didn't even include the time that I came in from playing just after we'd moved there, and Mom asked me what we'd been doing. Turns out the neighborhood kids had been playing 'doctor' with the discarded needles from a nearby clinic!
There was quite an uproar, let me tell you.)
Two of the three other times were completely my fault. (Playing in the street, playing with matches) But the fall...that was entirely a domino of circumstances that started with a lock that needed replacing on our bedroom door.
If I ever win the lottery and go to Japan, Jen, you and your cub can go with me and Jim!
