I was planning to go this year as I live in Metro Detroit which makes it a measly 4 hour drive, but unfortunately I will be out of town. I leave for Dubai on Friday morning. I was supposed to leave on Monday, but it got switched last minute. Seems like I always get an out of town job on comic con dates.

Oh well, I did decide to buy into Comic Con Box, so I can get the really cool Batman Adventures variant. I usually stay away from variants, but I really love Harley so that one is a must buy. Its currency selling for $50+ on eBay and the whole shipment for Comic Con Box, which includes the comic + a bunch of other unknown stuff, is just $29.99 (37.99 w/shipping). Just couldn't say no!

Last show of the year for me - kinda sad that it's only August and con season is over for me already. Gotta save the pennies for next year, planning on traveling to at least 2 shows outside of Chicago.
