From my experience yes. Juggernaut was fully revealed this past Tues. It hasn't been as consistent recently so fingers crossed.

If so its a pass then.. after currency conversion, shipping, import taxes (all heavy hitters) then its well over $1000 for a 1/4 smaller sized character with a small base and foot print.
