I say bring on the Jim lee Costumes! Yes some modern ones would be awesome too, but the market isn't saturated with 1/4 scale licensed Jim Lee X-men statues.
SS did their X-men statue run over 10 years ago? and lot of those states had some real glaring issues. Since then what licensed Jim lee 1/4 X-men statue have been released? XM has released a few and obviously more are on the way. SS is now getting deep into their line and have released some new characters never done.
I think we are getting a good mix of new characters along with a few revisits of characters (that sorely needed them), but there are still core Jim lee X-men that have not been done yet and need to be done before I would want these companies to look at doing modern uniforms.

Co-sign Mr. Sinister. My second favorite villain.
Well might as well prepare to puke lol. The Jim Lee costumes are pretty popular and they sell so people like them. The comics keep going back to them. Thankfully sideshow seems to be doing a mix of Jim Lee inspired costumes and other looks. And not all the characters they’re doing have a Jim Lee designed costume.
My dream is the entire line up from X-Men #1 in those costumes. I very much want my pink shirt and jean shorts Jubilee, not the vampire lol.
I’ll say it a million times though, I have my Classic and Jim Lee Storm, I hope sideshow does a new one that’s different. I’m afraid they won’t think she’ll sell well enough though.

So a lot of us prefer “Shadowcat” over generic costume “Kitty Pryde” lol.
I’ve never been too big on Kitty. Probably because I was a kid in the 90s and she wasn’t in that cartoon so I didn’t know much of her until reading comics later. She’s a ninja with a cool little dragon though, they sure don’t write her like one too often. With her skill set she should be much cooler than she is.

Would love a Shadowcat Kitty. Also, Beast (blue, furry version) and Nightcrawler are the big omissions here. No company has done either in 1:4 scale, I believe.
As well as those 3, I would love to see Banshee as well. Thunderbird would be awesome, but not sure we will ever get one.

new fastball special Fine art print
Hopefully this means we are getting a colossus and fingers crossed a wolverine in his 90s blue/yellow costume. I wasn't a fan of the astonishing one that was recently made.

Of course...what did you expect...a Nightcrawler PF? You know sideshow doesn't work that way.
