Not sure yet, still waiting for the movie to sink in. At the moment it's looking like,

TDK > BB = TDKR

Love all 3 for different reasons. This is one trilogy where my favorite episode will probably vary. If I were to rank them I'd probably switch it around somewhat the next time I watched them. There is no clear favorite for me.

Batman Beings 7.5/10
The Dark Knight 8/10
The Dark Knight Rises 8/10

If I were to pick between the last two it would be latter. For me it was Bales best performance of the three movies. There was a subtlety in his performance I haven't noticed before. When the movie is about Batman I was great that the conclusion was all about Batman and not about his villain. Although good Bane was overshadowed by Bats. I'm going to put it out there that I think Bales performance in this one is better than Ledgers in the last.

Very tough choice. I think I'm with Scott on this one. While I want to claim one is superior in one instance, I'll immediately think of why a different one is in another. I think I'll have to envision all three as one giant movie.

I'm the same as Scott and Lum, as well.. each of them have a different feel... you definitely get the feeling of this being a "Three Act Trilogy" (so.. 9 Acts total? ).

Birth/Realization/Admission (another term comes to mind first, but it alludes to a spoiler) is how I see this trilogy.

The third movie's all about Bruce Wayne (and the Batman ideology), like Rob said.. agreed. Overall, a fantastic trilogy. Thank you, Chris.

I'm VERY stingy about handing out 10's... rarely do I, but as a trilogy, this is a 10/10. I think I gave each individual movie a 9.

Im just going to say 10/10 as a trilogy, with each one being the sum of a great whole.

I very much loved Bale in this film as well
He doesn't have to be the lead in screen time to be the focal point of the film, to me that was what made this film so great.
