Need your opinion on something. I have the opportunity to buy this second hand for $400. Told it is in perfect condition. Worth it?

It is and $400 is a great price. A fine statue that is worth every penny. The Sideshow is a gorgeous piece, but for 1/6 statue collectors like me, it is overkill.

Based on what they are listed for on Ebay, $400 is a good price. I'd say go for it.
